LABPro
Email-to-Fax and Fax-to-Email, billed monthly.
LABPro gives you a predictable monthly price for sending and receiving fax communications through email. Every plan includes free account setup and a monthly allowance for sending and receiving pages.
It suits individual users, department fax numbers, shared fax destinations, predictable monthly volume, and organizations replacing traditional fax machines.
LABEnt
Enterprise and API fax, billed by the page.
LABEnt gives usage-based pricing to organizations that need Email and API integration, automated workflows, application-driven faxing, or enterprise fax services. It is a one-time setup per user and a per-page rate after that.
It suits API-to-Fax, integration with a CRM, EHR, ERP, or custom application, workflow automation, copier and scanner workflows, and higher or variable fax volume.

Every LABPro plan includes free account setup and a monthly allowance of both outbound and inbound fax pages.

LABEnt Pricing
Enterprise email and API fax
LABEnt is for enterprise and application driven fax requirements. It supports Email-to-Fax and API based fax workflows, and it is billed by usage rather than by a monthly allowance.

The 10 GB of document storage is included with the one time account setup. The setup charge is not a monthly fee, and send and receive pages are rated separately.
API-to-Fax Pricing for Business Applications
LABEnt is the service model for organizations integrating fax into a compatible business application. The application submits the transmission itself, rather than asking somebody to move a document between systems.
Business application --> LABUSA fax API --> fax --> Recipient fax system.

Copier and Scanner Fax Integration
LABUSA can design fax workflows that connect supported multifunction copier and scanner environments and document processing systems to the LABUSA fax service.
Copier or scanner --> workflow or application --> LABUSA fax service --> fax network.
Copier and scanner fleets are not uniform, so you should not assume every manufacturer or model supports the same integration pattern. We choose the connector after examining the fleet.

Document Storage
Fax accounts support encrypted document storage. LABEnt account setup includes 10 GB, and additional storage is available as a monthly add-on.

User accounts support Email-to-Fax with SSL access and encrypted document storage.

Service Level and Support
LABUSA commits to 99.999% network availability in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. The commitment, the exclusions and the service credits that apply if it is not met are set out in the LABUSA service level agreement, which covers Electronic Fax as a Service by name.
Telephone and email support is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.
Healthcare-Oriented Fax Requirements
The price schedule for Electronic Fax as a Service records that the hosting facilities support HIPAA compliant service, which is a statement about where documents are hosted and not a determination about your own obligations.
Organizations handling protected or regulated information should discuss their security, retention, contractual, access control and compliance requirements with LABUSA before deployment. Where your documents fall under HIPAA or sector specific rules, the obligation to meet them stays with your organization, and using a fax service does not discharge it.
